Google Updates Opal Platform with New Gemini-Powered AI Agents

Google has expanded the capabilities of its AI platform Opal, adding new agents that automate complex workflows without requiring any code. The updated platform runs on the Gemini 3 Flash model as the backbone for intelligent agents capable of independently executing tasks and building multi-step action chains.

The update targets users who want to automate everyday processes — from data processing to project management — without hiring developers. The no-code approach makes the platform accessible to a wide range of professionals, including marketers, analysts, and managers.

What Opal's New AI Agents Can Do

The AI agents integrated into Opal are designed for automatic workflow automation. Users simply describe their goal in plain language, and the agent builds the required sequence of actions on its own. Key capabilities of the updated platform include:
